TobyMac and Diverse City wrap up the 2010 Winter Wonder Slam at the Peterson Event Center. Bringing their A-Game as usual they put the boom in boomsauce.

This was the 3rd time I had the opportunity to cover them and it turned out to be the toughest shoot of the bunch. Positioned to the side of the stage, no barrier access and a strict 3-song limit, mix in my antiquated gear and man it was a tough one.
The tour had a runway off the main stage that split the dance floor in half. I had the reach on the main stage using my 80-200 f2.8 racked out to 200, but not the ISO speed I really needed. So I wasn’t able to nail the exposure as I would liked. In spite of that I was able to get some frames that I liked.. and I guess it does go to show, that even with some older gear you can get some good frames.
