The BarlowGirl Love & War tour. This was an very interesting show as the power was knocked out as they rolled into town and never restored. However, the crew in their brilliance came up with the idea to use the tour bus generator to get enough to let the show go on.

This was a tough one to shoot.. as there was no power there is pretty much no stage lighting to shoot under.. which bummed me out as I had to push my camera way beyond it’s limits.. D80+no light = lots of noise … but just as the band couldn’t not do a show, I couldn’t not shoot.
Shooters Notebook:
So I ran about 1600 ISO, f2.8 and my main lens of the night was my 80-200 2.8.. as for shutter speed.. well that was the only advantage to this show as there wasn’t much movement so I could hang around 1/60 – 1/80.
