I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again .. trying to capture these guys is like playing whack-a-mole ..Their energy and movement is unbelievable.. and as tough as it is, they are by far my favorite band to photograph!

The Rock & Worship Roadshow continues… Following the Sidewalk Prophets was Remedy Drive, the 4 brothers from Nebraska, and lead singer David Zach’s keyboard acrobatics.

Kickin off the Rock & Worship Roadshow was Sidewalk Prophets. They were billed (and Remedy Drive) as pre-show acts, but I think they should have been part of the official line up.. because they did “Bring It!” It was a great set to open the evening.

The BarlowGirl Love & War tour. This was an very interesting show as the power was knocked out as they rolled into town and never restored. However, the crew in their brilliance came up with the idea to use the tour bus generator to get enough to let the show go on.

Shoot in Manual Mode

Slowly, by slowly I am learning how to shooting all my shows in manual mode. For the longest time I shot in aperture priority, and it’s still my security blanket.

But I’ve found my images come out so much better when I take the time and work in manual mode.
