My name is David and I love shooting concert photographs for NewReleaseTuesday.com. I love meeting the music artists I cover and I love sharing their ministries and passions with you! Although shooting for NewReleaseTuesday.com isn’t my day job, it is one that I’m totally passionate about

I  shoot shows pretty often so I wanted to share not only my photographs but also the various concert situations I find myself in, camera setting and gear I use for a particular show along with all the millions of mistakes I make as I try to improve my craft and vision. I’m hope you’d find this information useful as you pursue you own journey of concert photography.

I usually post 1 -2 times a month, but hope to start posting more then that in this upcoming year (2012).

The Big Toe

As you probably figured out or hope you have, I am a follower of Jesus. Based on more then wishing…stuff called evidence, I think classic Christianity is totally reasonable to believe. In 1 Corinthians 12: 12-31, it talks about the body of believers and that each has a part and every part is dependent on each other to make us this body. I am not one of these wonderful artists who can not only play and put on an amazing show but also minister to those in their audiences. My talent is photography (I think) and sharing these moments with you. So I don’t see myself as an eye or a hand, but rather just a big toe :-) But I hope that the images I record are strong enough to bring you out to a show..for if you never heard, you might find your life changed forever.
